- golden yellow to amber quasi odorless liquid
- obtained by cold pressing seeds of cider apples (Pyrus malus L.) cultivated in Normandy (France).
- linoleic acid: 55 – 65%
- oleic acid: 25 -35%
- palmitic acid: 5 – 10%
- preservative: nil
Properties

- contains a high content of both omega 6 and 9
